Payment Methods 

When paying for your purchase, you can check out using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards.
Please Note: Our shopping cart has a 128 bit SSL Certificate, in addition our hosting software is Level 1 PCI compliant. This ensures a safe and secure checkout when using any of our payment methods.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Purchase of custom made signs, clearance and sale-priced items are considered final sale.

 

Orders within Canada 

Vintage Signs Canada is owned and operated by 1458821 Ontario Inc. with its head office located in Toronto Ontario.  All prices shown are in Canadian funds. Item prices shown do not include applicable sales taxes or shipping and handling fees (UNLESS SPECIFIED). These costs are always disclosed before you complete your order on final checkout. Feel free to shop with confidence. If you are located in Canada, you will not be stuck with hidden charges like "processing" or "administrative" fees, duty, brokerage, or exchange; and you will not be forced to pay extra handling charges after-the-fact when your items arrive at the door. 

Orders within the U.S.

With the exception of our Backlit Clock Line, Neon Clocks, Neon Signs and Neon Sculptures (shipped from the U.S.A) ,when shipping to customers within the continental U.S.A., you may be expected to pay some of these additional fees listed above. Duty, brokerage, and exchange fees may be charged These added costs are beyond our control. They are levied at a government level when goods cross foreign borders. As such, we can take no responsibility for them. Over 75% of our product line is made in North America which makes it exempt from duty.

International Orders

Cancellation Policy

We will do our best to cancel any unshipped orders for stock items providing you give us notice within 24 hours of placing your order. A 10% charge will apply to all cancellations to cover bank fees and other administrative costs. Exceptions apply on orders for personalized sign orders. These are considered special-order items and are considered final sale. Once a custom sign has been ordered the sale is considered FINAL. No refund can be offered.

Domestic Shipping Policy - Canadian Orders

All shipping and handling fees are calculated at time of checkout and are based on weight and real time shipping fees. Rates are based on expedited postage using Canada Post.You will have the option of changing your shipping to a faster time at time of final checkout.  

Damaged Shipments

All goods are shipped via Canada Post. While Canada Post has an excellent delivery track record, damage can still occur. If your package arrives damaged, please follow these instructions below:

-Do not accept your shipment if you notice serious damage to the packaging.Instead, carefully inspect the contents first to ensure they are in good condition. Bring any damage noted to the immediate attention of the delivery person. Make sure any details regarding damage are noted in writing on all copies of the bill-of-lading or receipt. Damaged shipments must be reported immediately to the carrier involved. Any necessary claims must be completed according to their instructions. If you require assistance with a claim, we will do what we can to help you providing you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We cannot provide any assistance or assume any responsibility for damage that is reported after the fact.

Refused Shipment Policy

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the Canada Post, will be returned to Vintage Signs Canada. We will credit customers for the product cost and tax, less our shipping and a 10% handling fee. Please allow a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment after the first failed delivery attempt.

 Returns 

We will do everything within our control to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases. Any merchandise that is deemed by us to be defective will be replaced by us. Otherwise you may return your purchase to us within 15 days for a full refund less a 10% handling fee plus you will be responsible for all shipping fees.Customized products, sale items and clearance are not returnable.
